Robert Arzbaecher (MSEE ’58, PhD ’60) is director of the Pritzker Institute of Medical Engineering at the Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago and a professor in the Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Chicago. He is also president of Computers in Cardiology and a board member for the International Society for Computerized Electrocardiology. Recognized as one of Chicago’s top 100 influential technology players, Arzbaecher has been issued four patents and led major research investigations for 20 years.
