How will you know if students understand what you are teaching them? Are your assessments supporting student learning AND giving you evidence of their learning?

Course design involves aligning course objectives, assessments, activities, and policies. In this workshop, we will focus on the connection between objectives and assessments. We will consider the range of assignments and assessment methods, from informal to formal, that you can use to measure whether students have achieved your objectives.

Note: This workshop is part of the "What You Need to Know: Essentials of Effective Teaching" series.  You may register for any and all workshops in this series by clicking the registration link above.
