Career Services is a passion Amy brings to her new role as director of Engineering Career Services which she began in January 2014. Prior to joining ECS, Amy was a director in the College of Business Career Service office, where she worked to ensure the successful transition of students into the workplace. Amy joined the Illinois career services profession in 2003 after a career in several industries including the advertising, grocery and financial services industries. A native of Barrington, lllinois, Amy earned a BS in business administration from Illinois and an MBA from DePaul University. She is former chair of the Illinois Career Services Council and has served in leadership roles on multiple Hire Big 10+, MwACE and NACE initiatives.

Jerome Ng has spent over 11 years working with university students in various capacities. Starting as a study abroad advisor, Jerome prepared students to maximize their study abroad experiences and integrate what they learned after they returned to the U.S. In July 2013, Jerome transitioned to Engineering Career Services so that he could have a greater impact on the lives of students. While Jerome advises all students in the College of Engineering, he is the primary coordinator for programs targeted to international students and students interested in global opportunities. Jerome earned his M.S. in Organizational Communication from Ithaca College, NY in 2002 and is a certified instructor for Les Mills BodyFlow, BodyCombat, and CXworx.
