Description Analysis of concepts of entrepreneurship and commercialization of new technology in new and existing businesses. Guest speaker topics vary, but typically include: idea validation and opportunity assessment; commercializing new technologies; venture funding; legal issues; product development; marketing; international business issues. Critical analysis of case studies in high-technology ventures with specific emphasis on ventures based on technologies in electrical and computer engineering.
