Printed Circuit Board Fabrication

We use a no-chemical milling process to fabricate prototype printed circuit boards. We use FR4 laminate which is 0.06" thick with 1oz. copper on both sides.

Requests can be submitted via email as described below. Boards are usually completed within one week. Finished boards are left in the grey box on the desk by the door of the shop, on the left as you come in the door.

Sorry, but we can't do boards with internal layers, internal power or ground planes, plated feed-throughs, solder masks or silk screens.
