Detailed Description and Outline

The Signal and Image Processing Seminar is a forum for graduate students in signal and image processing to discuss recent papers in the field, to present original research results, and to learn material that is not necessary for their research but not covered in any regular course. It is also a forum at which faculty and researchers visiting from other institutions can present work to students and faculty in signal and image processing at the University of Illinois. This seminar tends to be almost exclusively attended by faculty and students in electrical and computer engineering and computer science, though students and faculty from other departments occasionally also attend.

Topical Prerequisites

Advanced standing; consent of instructor.
