Following completion of his bachelor’s degree, Kurt Hol­lenbeck joined Texas Instruments Defense Systems An­tenna Department (later purchased by Raytheon). His 22 year TI/Raytheon pedigree includes successful execution of DoD and commercial antenna/radome, radar cross-section, airborne electronic warfare, missile, airborne, and space-based phased array radar and communication systems. Kurt was a ECE Alumni Board Member for six years and board treasurer for an additional three years.

Kurt spent six years at Perot Systems as a senior program/product manager responsible for establishing unique industry partnerships for the development, pricing, and delivery of new, novel, and profitable global IT ser­vices. Kurt expanded his international commercial market experiences at L-3 Communications, Infrared Products, working as the senior product manager responsible for the P&L of the handheld and military product lines.

Kurt joined Mustang Technology Group, LP as a senior program manager in 2007. He continues his history of successful business execution supporting US troops with rapid deployment of advanced radar systems provided at commercial market prices.
